    Balloon Rackets
    (Early Childhood Activities Development Committee)

  1. Bend a wire clothes hanger into a diamond, oval, or rectangle shape.
  2. Bend the hook in to form a handle
  3. Stretch a nylon hose over the hanger. Secure the hose at the handle with tape.
  4. Using the racket, you and your child hit a balloon up in the air or back and forth to each other. You can put beans or rice in the balloon before you blow it up to make it easier for your child to find.
