    Jumping Monkeys

  1. Let your child JUMP on your bed. (It'll be hard to overcome your childhood memories when jumping on Mom & Dad's bed was a major crime, but you can do it.)
  2. Be sure your child is safe and won't fall off, and then let him go!
  3. Here's a little rhyme to sing or chant while jumping:

Ten little monkeys jumping on the bed
One fell off and bumped his head.
Momma called the doctor and the doctor said,
"NO MORE MONKEYS JUMPING ON THE BED!"

Nine little monkeys jumping on the bed
One fell off and bumped his head.
Momma called the doctor and the doctor said,
"NO MORE MONKEYS JUMPING ON THE BED!"

  4. Continue until there are no monkeys left.
