Punching Bag
- Make a punching bag out of an old pants leg. Sew or glue the bottom of the leg closed. Stuff with a pillow or other soft material. Sew or glue-on bells to the top or the bottom. Tie the top with a cord and hang up.
- Hit the punching bag with hands, feet, sticks or heads.
- Be careful not to get hit back!
- If you get tired of the soft pillow, you can replace it with other types of materials, such as:
- plastic bags
- styrafoam peanuts
- blocks (but don't punch too hard)
- small containers (like film cannisters) with noisemakers inside (pennies, beans, rice, etc.)
- marbles
Be creative and come up with other interesting kinds of noisy insides for the punching bag.
