In addition to two KBA field offices located in Meadville and New Castle, PA, Keystone Independence Management (KIM) provides accounting, administrative, and human resources services to three network agencies across the state of Pennsylvania.

Keystone Network Agencies

In 2006, KIM began providing services to the Beaver County Association for the Blind (BCAB), located in Beaver Falls, PA. BCAB’s mission is to provide services to blind and visually impaired persons to promote independence, provide services to prevent blindness, and provide employment opportunities to persons who are blind or disabled.

In 2009, KIM began services for a second affiliate, the Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CBVI), located in Chester, PA. CBVI is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to helping individuals in the greater Delaware Valley area prevent, prepare for, and adapt to vision loss in order to achieve independence.

Finally, in 2012, KIM began providing services for a third affiliate, the Montgomery County Association for the Blind (MCAB), who recently relocated to Norristown, PA. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life and independence of people coping with blindness or vision impairment through rehabilitation, education, support, and advocacy.
